CX1 (Customer Experience First) is a transformative approach that revolutionizes organizational processes in quoting, contracting, and subscriptions by prioritizing customer experience. To introduce this concept, I created a motion graphics fully animated video, adopting an audience-centric approach. Through smooth text animations, transitions, and character animation, the video effectively conveys the essence of CX1, garnering positive feedback from its distribution to 11,000 people.
